Payment and security

Payment methods. You can pay on collection — by cash or card at the pick-up point. Online payment by Visa, Mastercard and ArCa bank card through Ameriabank is being connected and will appear on the site soon.

Currency and price. All prices are in Armenian drams (֏) and include taxes. The delivery cost is shown before you confirm the order.

Online payment security. The payment is made on the secure page of the acquiring bank, Ameriabank, with 3-D Secure confirmation. Card details are entered only on the bank's page: Arko does not receive or store them.

If a payment fails. No money is charged, and if it was charged the bank returns it automatically. Questions: [email protected] or +374 55 860 888.

Refunds. If you refuse the goods or cancel the order, the money is returned the way you paid: for online payments — to the same card within the terms set by Armenian law (the posting time depends on your bank); cash is returned at the pick-up point.
