How to order. Add items to the cart, enter your name, phone and pick-up point — no registration needed. After checkout you will see a pick-up code; keep it.

When it arrives. Usually within 1–3 days. We message you when the order reaches the point. Orders are kept for 5 days.

Payment. On collection, by cash or card. At the point you can inspect and try on the goods and refuse them free of charge.

Returns. 14 days without giving a reason; defective goods within the warranty period. See "Returns".
