14 days, no reason needed. Goods bought on Arko can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition. Bring them to any pick-up point and give the order number or phone — you get your money back on the spot.

Defective goods. Within the warranty period (at least two years for new goods) you may demand repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

You can always refuse goods on collection free of charge.
