What do I need to register
Companies and sole proprietors — TIN and a company account. Private individuals — passport and public service number. Takes 5 minutes.
How to sell cheap items
In sets, e.g. "100 bags — ֏1,500". Logistics depends on size, not price, so small items stay profitable.
Who pays for delivery
Pick-up point delivery is free for buyers. Sellers pay only size-based logistics (50 ֏–1 500 ֏).
What tax documents do I get
A monthly commission agent's report, a tax invoice for Arko services and an export for your accountant.
How do returns work
Buyers may return goods within 14 days: the item returns to your stock and the commission to you.
